On The Inside Design - Our Philosophy
In talking about design and how to make it work, it goes something like this: When you look at a room, whether it is a dining room, living room, bedroom or any other room, the first pass of your eyes should be pleasing. If you see something that shouldn't be there, such as the wrong color on the wall, a piece of art that doesn't work or accessories that are not right, your eye will pick it up - it's a sense. You know something is not right but you haven't quite put your finger on it.
The focus of On the Inside Design is to create a room that is seamless, pleasing to the eyes, yet full of details. Those details can be subtle, but are very important. Whoever said, "The devil is in the details" was so right! The details are important because they create an environment that you may not catch the first time, making you want to come back and discover more of what you have seen. Details give a room an aura of mystery and intrigue.
On the Inside Design's inspiration comes from their clients. Every person has different wants and needs, and this firm takes their ideas and makes them a reality. Seeing the pride in their faces as they show their friends and family their newly designed home is what it's all about.
