On The Inside Design - Our Philosophy
When starting a project, we consider the end client and direct the design to entice the projected clientele and their friends and family. Our aim is to create a space that is memorable and functional.
Interior design, as with any creative discipline, can take its inspiration from a range of sources. Our design team is made up of individuals from a range of design disciplines, resulting in creative and original final products.
On The Inside Design works with color and contrasts, by such means as using blue to create a calming affect in a bathroom. All the while, the interior design firm keeps in mind how the colors will react with other materials and hues already in the room. In the process of creating interior design, On The Inside Design utilizes both modern resources and exotic materials as the firm sees fit for each home and its owners. The interior design firm equally enjoys implementing items made from both teak and bamboo, as well as metal, stucco, and glass to create an interesting juxtaposition.
The On The Inside Design team plays a big part in our success and we take inspiration from a range of sources. We like to say that a house is not built by one person but a group of outstanding companies and their employees. We could not do what we love without the general contractors and their subcontractors. We have a great team that has worked on many projects together which brings a synergy to every project we work on.
Our Team
Jeanine Naviaux is President of On The Inside Design. She holds a Bachlor of Science in Finance, an MBA and had been working in the design industry for the past 10 years. She speaks Spanish and English fluently. She also knows Catalan, a little German and Japanese. Jeanine is a Member of United State Green Council and a Student Member of ASID.

Lorena Rojas- our office manager who keeps the office flowing. She is working on her degree. She keeps us sane and laughing at the same time! She speaks fluent Spanish and English, which is a bonus for our international clients.
Norma Sanchez- our expert in AutoCad, Photoshop and all the other progams we use. She has a eye for graphic design and it shows in her work by surprising the client with not only her drawings but her ability to find new products that they just fall in love with. She is also bilingual.
On The Inside Design is a registered small business contractor with the State of California and the Federal Government. Flower Petal is a vendor of On The Inside Design.
